After receiving order, how soon you ship the order?
Once we receive and order, we ship make the order available for pckup by our courier partner within 24 hours. Mostly the order is picked up by our courier partner withing 24 hours but in some cases it takes a bit longer due to weather condition or other non menagable condition.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with quantity. The shipping charges are displayed along with product charges during the process of ordering. In most cases the shipping charges is Rs. 75 for upto 2 number of items/products for example 2 soap.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We ship the product from Dimapur, Nagaland, which is situated in North eastern part of India, so the deivery time is a bit more then rest of India. From our experience we have found our orders are delivered to any part of India within 8 days. If the delivery location is situated in eastern India or northern India then it takes lesser time.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items ?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on the site. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay for the product.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are chargedto pay the same to the courier company who deliver the product. Similarly Cash on Delivery ( COD ) charges are not hidden charges as that is paid to the courier company for the COD services. These charges will be displayed in the cart page before you place3 the final order.
why you cannot ship to my area?
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
Why is the COD option not offered in my location?
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Do you deliver internationally?
As of now, we do not deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India , but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
